Servings 12 slices

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup egg whites about 11 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, and salt
  • In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until peaks form
  • Mix the vanilla extract and baking soda into the egg whites
  • Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
  • Transfer the batter to a pan (I chose a loaf pan)
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • Cool and Enjoy!

Notes

Top with berries, whipped cream, powdered sugar, or a dark chocolate drizzle for extra decadence!
