- brown rice cakes
- all natural peanut butter
- 100% pure maple syrup
- Melted chocolate. I love using Hu.
How to make vegan chocolate peanut butter candy bars:
- crush the rice cakes into small pieces
- mix the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth
- combine the peanut butter and maple syrup with the rice cakes
- press the mixture into a parchment-lined pan
- pour melted chocolate over the top and smooth it out
- chill in the freezer for 10 minutes until set
- slice and enjoy!
Storage tips:
Store these in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. You can also freeze them for up to 1 month.

Easy No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 1½ cups brown rice cakes crumbled
- ⅓ cup all natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ dark chocolate bar I use Hu
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix the crumbled rice cakes, peanut butter, and maple syrup
- Transfer that mixture to a parchment lined baking pan (loaf or cake pan). Press it down to compact it
- Melt the chocolate and pour it onto the base
- Freeze for 10 minutes
- Enjoy!
